The Mad Ferret Band in Lochaline

The Mad Ferret Band are known on the Scottish music scene for a hard hitting blend of traditional and contemporary folk music. The lively, energetic performances are packed with “blisteringly fast mandolin solos”, “tight vocal harmonies, driving Cajon beats and earth-moving guitar sounds.” Since 2011 they have now taken their lively Scottish Folk Music across the UK & Europe. Whilst playing alongside acts like Dougie MacLean, Skerryvore, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Mànran & Peatbog Faeries. Their music has been heard on national radio including BBC Radio Scotland.
